Woofstock, Alpha Phi’s biggest philanthropy event of the year, supported women’s heart health with a cutest dog contest surrounded by food trucks, a bouncy castle and plenty of photo ops. The event was held Wednesday evening at Bear Park.
As we head into the last week of classes, here are some things to do around Waco during study breaks.
According to Baylor Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, just because a woman registers and participates in rush week does not guarantee that she will receive a bid and be able to join a sorority.
With finals fast approaching, Baylor students can plan for a fair amount of studying and hard work in the near future, but they can also anticipate a bit of fun thanks to Alpha Phi’s first-ever Jubilee, a co-sponsored event with Baylor Activities Council.
“Greek life is so different at Baylor compared to other schools — we have spring recruitment, no houses, heavy influence of religion and specifically, Baylor vernacular and fashion trends,” Olson said.
