Men's Basketball
VJ Edgecombe scored a career-high 30 points, becoming the first Baylor men’s basketball freshman to do so since Keyonte George scored 32 against West Virginia on Jan. 11, 2023, as the Bears rallied back from a 12 point deficit to take down Kansas State, 70-62, Wednesday night at Foster Pavilion.
The Bears blew a seven-point halftime lead against unranked TCU Sunday and has lost back-to-back games for the first time this season.

The second-ranked Baylor acrobatics & tumbling team pulled off a huge upset over No. 1 ranked Oregon on Thursday. Oregon (3-1) claimed the national championship title last season and was undefeated until losing to the Bears (5-0) last week. Baylor’s win marked Oregon’s first-ever home loss in program history at the Matthew Knight Arena.

After qualifying for the ITA Indoor Championships this past Sunday, No. 11 Baylor men’s tennis is well rested, recovered and ready for its next big challenge against No. 4 University of Michigan.
