On Aug. 8, Baylor filed a lawsuit against Boston University for its use of the logo, an image that Baylor has used since 1912. Baylor first confronted Boston over its use of the logo in 2021, but the iconic BU logo has since found its way onto more of Boston University’s memorabilia and is now associated with several of the school’s club sports.

Baylor junior running back Dawson Pendergrass suffered a season-ending foot injury during fall camp and will undergo surgery, head football coach Dave Aranda confirmed to reporters Saturday.

Directly following the disaster, BearAid stays in Waco, allowing first responders to do their jobs and praying for those affected. Now, BearAid and MSPL are in the raise phase.
