Men's Basketball

With the help of head coach Nicki Collen and her teammates, Vonleh averaged a career-best 14.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game and will declare for the WNBA Draft following the semester.
After missing over a month of action due to a right knee injury, No. 4 Baylor women’s basketball was prepared to field questions regarding the status of junior forward Darianna Littlepage-Buggs heading into March Madness. But the Bears had an ace up their sleeve.

Equestrian
Baylor equestrian knocked off No. 5 Georgia 11-8 for its first ranked win of the season on Saturday afternoon at the Willis Family Equestrian Center.
The spring portion of the season for Baylor equestrian is set for this weekend, and assistant coach (horsemanship) Jessie Weisinger said the team is taking a day-to-day approach going into Saturday’s match against Georgia.

Tennis
Between two brand new doubles pairings and a quick tally of singles points, No. 23 Baylor saw a successful Senior Day, sweeping No. 40 TCU for the first time since 2022.
No. 13 Baylor men’s tennis extended its winning streak to seven with a 4-0 sweep against Texas Tech on Senior Night Thursday at the Hurd Tennis Center.

It was Big 12 Championships week, as several Baylor Athletics programs took part in the annual postseason tournament or event. But since not every sport has started its postseason yet, here’s everything you may have missed in Baylor Athletics over the weekend.
“Aggie was a big, big turning point for us,” Dossey said. “It was nice, because we played really good team golf. Everyone contributed a lot. A lot of us were in contention individually. Then, in Arizona, I remember coach just kind of told us before the last round, ‘Let’s go build some momentum before conference,’ and that’s exactly what we did.”
