Men's Basketball

The Bears found second-half dominance to put together their first 20-plus point win of the season Tuesday night. Freshman guard Tounde Yessoufou led the way for the Bears with 27 points and four steals.
Women's Basketball
A relentless rebounding performance from Littlepage-Buggs and a balanced offensive attack powered Baylor to a dominating 76–35 win over Grambling State and a continued spotless home record.
The No. 7-ranked Bears beat Davidson 74-72 in overtime to finish their WBCA showdown trip 1-1.
Baylor’s rim protection kept it close, but Iowa capitalized on a scoreless final five minutes to escape with the win in Orlando as The Bears’ 10 blocks and Scott’s 32 points couldn’t offset the late offensive drought.
Equestrian
Looking to come back from an 0-2 start to the season, No. 8 Baylor equestrian dropped an 11-8 nail-biter to No. 5 TCU at Bear Creek Farms in Fort Worth to end their three-match road stretch.
Freshman rider Lila Badham, a Honolulu, Hawaii native, took a winding path to Waco. She’s settled in quickly.
Baylor equestrian looks to start the season strong with a scrimmage Friday before taking on former national champion Georgia and No. 1-ranked Auburn.
Tennis
The past five days, the Bears competed in ITA Regionals and came away with success against Texas A&M, Rice, Texas, UIW and Texas Tech.
The Bears have spent their fall season searching for consistency and making national championship appearances.
The Bears showed flashes of promise at the Waco Fall Kickoff Classic before heading into a road-heavy fall slate. The season-opening tournament at the Hurd Tennis Center gave Baylor’s mix of veterans and freshmen an early test against a competitive Texas field.
Golf
Baylor men’s golf head coach Mike McGraw is one of the most decorated coaches in the nation. Hoisting three national championships and 21 championship appearances throughout his career, McGraw has brought a “leave it better” mentality and image of success to Waco.
Baylor’s golf teams took to Grand Haven, Mich., this week to compete in the Folds of Honor Collegiate tournament. The women’s team took second while the men finished 11th.
