For the past week, the only movie title I’ve heard anyone talking about is “Cabin in the Woods.”
No. 3 Baylor baseball will take on the No. 25 New Mexico State Aggies tonight and Saturday. Both games of the two-game series will be at Baylor Ballpark, and the top 25 showdown should test both teams.
More than 100 large fires have swept across the nation this year, and the head of the U.S. Forest Service said Thursday the rest of the 2012 fire season is expected to be just as active as 2011, which saw historic wildfires on hundreds of square miles in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and elsewhere.
Every Baylor team thus far has advanced to the postseason. Softball, however, is in jeopardy of breaking that streak.
