Chuck Rose, a Waco homeless man, goes through a dumpster on February 1, 2014, looking for cans for money to life on. He found a pair of jeans with the tags still on them. “Instead of donating them, they throw them in the trash. Come on, give me a break. Everything I’m wearing came from a dumpster.”
