The Baylor Bears offense posted seven touchdowns and the defense added another touchdown to give Baylor a whopping 56-13 lead over Buffalo at the half. The 56-point half marks the most points ever scored in a single half in the history of Floyd Casey Stadium.

Baylor senior quarterback Bryce Petty is completed 12-of-15 passes for 299 yards and two touchdowns.

Junior running back Lache Seastrunk carried the ball 18 times for 157 yards and three touchdowns in the half.

Freshman utility back Shock Linwood and Petty added one more rushing touchdown each.

Through the air, senior inside receiver Tevin Reese and junior wide receiver Antwan Goodley led the way. Reese scored one touchdown off of four receptions for 130 yards. Goodley caught four passes 124 yards and scored on a 83-yard touchdown pass.

Junior linebacker Bryce Hager picked up a Buffalo fumble and returned it 91 yards for a Baylor defensive touchdown. Senior nickel back Sam Holl forced the fumble after sacking Buffalo quarterback Sam Licata.
