WACO — Brittney Griner scored 27 points with eight rebounds and eight blocked shots to help top-ranked Baylor remain undefeated with another lopsided victory over Oklahoma, 81-54, on Monday night.

Even with Oklahoma determined to make things difficult on Griner, surrounding her with pink jerseys, Baylor’s 6-foot-8 junior phenom just kept making free throws. She set a career high making all 13 of her attempts.

Baylor (24-0, 11-0 Big 12) stretched its home winning streak to 36, this win coming only 11 days after they beat the Sooners 89-58 in Norman.

Whitney Hand had 20 points to lead Oklahoma (15-7, 7-4), which had won three in a row since the loss to the Lady Bears. Sharane Campbell had 13 points.

Odyssey Sims had 14 points and four steals for Baylor, while Brooklyn Pope had 11 points and six rebound.
