I don’t want Trump back in the White House, but the media’s constant coverage of him is making his supporters angry. Quite frankly, it’s making people like me angry — angry enough to vote for him again, just to stick it to them.

A controversy is brewing in the White House and it has nothing to do with partisan politics. Credentialed photographers who are paid to cover the events of the White House are frustrated with their lack of access to President Barack Obama.

The White House has made a habit of declaring an event to be closed to the media for national security reasons. However, the official White House photographer, Pete Souza, will still take pictures of the event that was closed off to the media and release them later.

An Idaho man accused of firing shots at the White House pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that he tried to assassinate President Barack Obama. A lawyer for Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez entered the plea on his client’s behalf during a brief appearance in U.S. District Court in Washington. Ortega did not say anything during the proceedings and will remain held without bond. He has another court date next month.
