“I write down for five minutes as much as I can on a paper, and it’s not lyrics or anything,” Todd said. “It’s just a stream of consciousness, just getting everything out of my head onto the paper. And usually by then, I’ll have, I’ll use the riffs that they sent in, and I’ll use the music that we have, and kind of just, put what pops in my head and see what sticks.”

When the band SUNNN was formed in 2021, Sugarland junior and lead singer Chloe Choudhury probably couldn’t have seen where it would go. But in the three years since, the band has performed in several venues throughout Waco and on campus, released an EP and filmed its first music video, and now, it is preparing to release its first full-length album.
Watching Graham St.Clair and the West Texas Wind perform on their second-floor balcony looks like a scene out of a Hallmark movie. With string lights illuminating their instruments and raspy voices heard from the street, the allure to come closer is hard to ignore.
