Baylor has already made investments in expanding parking options, including the addition of the River Front Garage, which is walking distance from the Pavilion. This garage is expected to provide parking capacity for up to 450 visitors.

“I would say that these traditions really [are] what builds our strong sense of community here at Brooks,” Henry said. “We’re always experiencing life together, and it’s really sweet to see.”
With its new expansion, Baylor is becoming more residential. Most freshmen are already required to live on campus. According to Baylor’s Pro Futuris, Baylor wants to add to the on-campus experience.
In order to do this, one of the aims is to “continue to increase the percentage of undergraduate students who live on campus and who participate in living-learning and residential college communities.”
