While many people look forward to visits from their local Girl Scouts, wearing badge-covered sashes, vests and smiles, there are some who won’t buy cookies from them this year.

On Feb. 18, Indiana state Rep. Bob Morris sent an email to other Republican representatives, advising them not to sign a resolution that honored the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouts of America.
I looked for things like choreography, song choice, vocal talent, overall execution and story development. I gave extra considerations to acts that were particularly entertaining, or creative, and how well each act developed the story within their performance. Please keep in mind that this is all just one man’s opinion.
Focused, passionate and loving. When asked to describe herself in three words, she used these adjectives. And every single one of them is right on target.
