“Obviously, try to first pursue what you like because you want to enjoy what you’re doing,” Thakkar said. “But at the end of the day, don’t stress too much about your major because you can easily change within the business school. You’re taking the same core classes for the most part, so just go with your gut because there’s a lot of flexibility.”
“People that have been climbing for years can come and be able to learn from one another,” Robb said. “Also, we have a different set of programming than what’s available currently on campus.”
“Each one of you is a very unique individual, so you have to showcase that, whether it’s in an interview or a personal website or your social media,” Clark said. “I think ultimately, that can be the difference between you getting a job or an internship and you being passed up.”
The Science Research Fellows is a student research-based program that diligently research year-round on different projects and passions to help foster medical connections for graduate school and beyond.

“Since July 1st, Baylor’s campus has had nine positives out of 48 tests,” Stern said. “And in the last month alone, we have had seven positives out of 29 tests, which is almost a 25% positivity rate.”

Texas voters turned out in historic numbers Tuesday, delivering victories for State Rep. James Talarico and forcing a runoff between Attorney General Ken Paxton and incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.
