No. 18 Baylor men’s tennis dominated Tulsa with a 4-0 sweep Sunday afternoon inside the Michael D. Case Tennis Center, closing out a strong road performance.
Baylor baseball fell just short of a series sweep Sunday afternoon, dropping a 10-inning battle to Gonzaga 8-7 at Baylor Ballpark. The game featured six lead changes, but four fielding errors proved too much for the Bears (6-1) to overcome.
Baylor softball came up empty at the Mary Nutter Classic, falling to No. 13 Arkansas 8-0 and No. 4 UCLA 6-2 on Saturday at the Field of Dreams Complex in Cathedral City, Calif.

Texas voters turned out in historic numbers Tuesday, delivering victories for State Rep. James Talarico and forcing a runoff between Attorney General Ken Paxton and incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.
