People often dismiss theater with the excuse, “This major is easy.” That’s such an oversimplified and unfair way out. The truth is, no major is easy. Every major faces its own challenges, pressures and unique demands.
This week, Multicultural Affairs partnered up with organizations like the Hispanic Student Association (HSA), the Latin Dance Society and Better Together to host. A monthly Neighbor Nights event that highlights different cultures and creates a space for students from diverse cultural backgrounds and Christian faiths to come together.

Texas voters turned out in historic numbers Tuesday, delivering victories for State Rep. James Talarico and forcing a runoff between Attorney General Ken Paxton and incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.
