Baylor’s defense forced multiple red zone stops to keep their team within one score in their loss to Arizona State. The Bears will look to bounce back against struggling Oklahoma State behind the unit’s recent growth.
After a walk-off loss to the Sun Devils, the Bears are focusing on building momentum heading into a Week 5 matchup against Oklahoma State.
Dr. Nadya Williams, author and classicist, and Dr. Sarah-Jane Murray, Great Texts professor and documentary director, met for the first time in-person to discuss how Christian readers are formed by the books they read.
“It’s a really cool opportunity to be a support person and to be somebody that I would have wanted when I was going through my recovery journey,” Lufkin senior Luke Langston said.

Texas voters turned out in historic numbers Tuesday, delivering victories for State Rep. James Talarico and forcing a runoff between Attorney General Ken Paxton and incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.
