After the Baylor Women’s basketball season ended with a 94-85 overtime loss to Mississippi State in the Elite Eight, the program has been imbedded with change, first with the transfers of three players, including sophomore Beatrice Mompremier, graduation and pursuit of professional dreams by Alexis Jones, Alexis Prince, Nina Davis and Khadijah Cave.
Not all Division I seniors get the chance to play professionally, but Lady Bears basketball players Khadijah Cave and Nina Davis and softball player Lindsey Cargill have at least been granted the opportunity, as Cave and Davis signed contracts with the LA Sparks and Cargill was drafted by the Texas Charge.
