    Lariat TV News: BBQ burns down, Christmas cheer delay and Dave Aranda here to stay

    This week we’ll tell you about one of Waco’s best and a family-owned BBQ restaurants that is recovering after a fire destroyed their primary location and four students who have been displaced after flooding in their dorm room.

    We’re also bringing you the details on Christmas on 5th being delayed and a toy drive that ended with one student getting a mullet.

    In sports, we’ll tell you who’s in and who’s out or Baylor football 2024.

    Kaity Kempf

    Kaity Kempf is a senior from Temple, Texas. She is on her way to graduating with a major in journalism and concentration in advertising, as well as a minor in french. This is her third year working with LTVN, and first time being managing editor after years of reporting and anchoring. She also works with the local broadcast news station, KWTX News 10. She is excited to cover all things Baylor and close out her senior year with her team.
