SAN DIEGO – The Baylor Bears got off to a hot start against the UCLA Bruins and currently lead 14-0.
Senior quarterback Nick Florence has yet to record an incompletion in the game. He is 4-4 with 87 yards and 1 touchdown pass to sophomore wide receiver Antwan Goodley.
Baylor’s defense has given the Bruin offense a lot of problems so far. UCLA has only recorded 27 total yards, but the most important stat for the Bears is that they have yet to score.
