Men's Basketball
The Bears pushed past the Gauchos thanks to a second-half surge, as they won 74-56 Friday afternoon in the Ball Arena in Denver.

After earning a spot in the Big Dance for the eighth time in program history, 14th-seeded University of California, Santa Barbara looks to cage the No. 3-seed Baylor men’s basketball squad in the round of 64.
Women's Basketball
In a competitive contest for a ticket to the semifinal, Baylor dropped a one-point game to UConn in the final seconds of the regional matchup.
On Monday, Baylor will face off with UConn, the No. 1 seed in the region. A matchup between the Lady Bears and Huskies was cancelled earlier in the year, so the showdown between two of basketball’s top programs will no doubt be an exciting one. The game is set for 8 p.m. on ABC.
