Sixth-seeded Baylor women’s basketball failed to score in the final four minutes of the game and lost to third-seeded Iowa State University, 74-63, in the quarterfinals of the Phillips 66 Big 12 Women’s Basketball Championship Friday night in the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo.
