Baylor announced Thursday afternoon that remote instruction and telework will resume on Friday. The decision comes after President Livingstone reported earlier in the day that many students and Waco residents continue to struggle without power and water.
COVID testing throughout Baylor and Waco was paused because of the winter storm, but is expected to resume within the next few days.
Penland Dining Hall switches to self-serve food stations and limited hours as students debate if Baylor has done enough for the students.

MSPL follows the model “Pray, Stay, Raise and Go” when facing disasters, according to Sarah Walker, BearAid senior coordinator for service. Directly following the disaster, BearAid stays in Waco, allowing first responders to do their jobs and praying for those affected. Now, BearAid and MSPL are in the raise phase.
