On Wednesday, President Joe Biden announced the outlines of his plan for student loan relief, delivering on a campaign promise “to cancel $10,000 of student debt for low- to middle-income borrowers.”
Baylor Student Activities will be hosting Late Night on Aug. 26 from 9 p.m. to midnight. The annual event is an opportunity for incoming students to meet student leaders from more than 300 organizations and to learn how they can get involved on campus.
The Texas “trigger law,” set to make abortion illegal in the state 30 days after the U.S. Supreme Court’s judgment overturning Roe v. Wade, will take effect Thursday. This law is called The Texas Human Life Protection Act.
