With Election Day less than a week away, voters everywhere are planning when and where they will vote in the midterm elections. Communicating early on with professors and taking advantage of early voting and mail-in ballots is key to keeping a clean attendance record this election cycle.
Residing within Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business, the Center for Professional Selling serves as a home for students majoring in professional selling (ProSales).
Low dissolved oxygen levels in the Brazos River and Waco Creek presumably resulted in a fish kill recently, and Baylor students used what they learned in the classroom to help collect data at the site.

Texas voters turned out in historic numbers Tuesday, delivering victories for State Rep. James Talarico and forcing a runoff between Attorney General Ken Paxton and incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.

The Iran war is now in its 46th day. Iran responded by restricting access to Hormuz, which carries about a fifth of the world’s seaborne oil, and moving to toll vessels transiting the strait.
