“Good or bad, you have to remember influencers want your attention so they can sell it to their sponsors and partners,” he said. “They want you to feel a certain way about how you look, so they can offer you the solution, [which is] buying more products. They don’t always have your best interest in mind.”
“Every week, a month before Christmas, we light a candle in our house to anticipate the coming of Christ,” Mackenzie said. “It is a fun tradition that we do to point the meaning back to the real reason of Christmas.”
When mental health issues are not adequately considered, defendants may not receive the compassion and context their situations deserve, resulting in harsher sentences or wrongful convictions.
“I love to research and I love to write. And this is a place where I can use those gifts and also help students as they discover their own calling,” Myers said.

John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.

The Iran war is now in its 46th day. Iran responded by restricting access to Hormuz, which carries about a fifth of the world’s seaborne oil, and moving to toll vessels transiting the strait.
