For the record: Stacy London, longtime co-host of TV’s “What Not to Wear,” is wearing a glittery Christmas-tree-green pencil skirt, a black crew neck sweater with a cat’s face on the front, chunky green jewelry and a pair of textured stilettos with thick ankle straps. Dr. James Roberts’ new book analyzes the ways people relate to their pocketbooks.

Roberts, professor of marketing at Baylor, has been observing consumer behavior for years.
