Baylor President and Chancellor Ken Starr announced that Rudy Giuliani will be the guest speaker for the Fall 2015 On Topic. Giuliani is a noted speaker, author and former Mayer of New York City. On Topic will take place September 23, 2015 in Waco Hall. General admission tickets will be available beginning September 8 through the Bill Daniel Student Center Ticket Office from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, on a first-come, first-served basis through September 22. Any remaining tickets will be available at the Waco Hall Ticket Office on the day of the event, beginning at 2 p.m.
