San Diego, CA senior Andre Jackson paddles out onto the river to enjoy a Tuesday afternoon at the marina. On Wednesday, March 9, the marina will host Dia Del Rio. The event will offer free hot dogs and drinks, as well as free tanks to the first 250 that paddle out to the bridge.
