Baylor students in chapel got a great surprise today, and it came to them all the way from Korea. The Korean Children’s Choir tours different countries all around the world bringing with them the word of the Lord.

The choir is combined of kids from 3rd grade to 7th grade.

“When they finish high school they will come to Baylor University,” said chairman of Far East Broadcasting Co., Korea Dr. Billy Kim. “That is why we are here and telling students about the Lord Jesus Christ.”

Dr. Kim also said “They are the best performers. … They performed in Carnegie Hall in 2015 and now they are back.”

“I really liked their different presentations and dances” said senior Oriade Ayemo.

“The part when the kids walked the audience and gave hugs to everyone was the best and I think everyone after that performance is really connected now,” Ayemo said.

The kids performed a number of familiar songs like “This Little Light of Mine” and “God Bless America.”

The choir will travel to San Antonio to have their next performance.
